Log-Framed Reception Desk, Old Faithful Inn
The reception desk of the Old Faithful Inn, a long curved counter built into the lobby's log structure.
Design characteristics
The front desk of the Old Faithful Inn is a built-in counter that curves around the space, framed by the same log posts and timber details as the lobby. It is a good reference for a kitchen island, a bar or a home-office counter in a lodge-style house, where a long curved built-in can anchor a large room.
