Kitchen Cupboard, Charlecote Park, Warwickshire

A tall open kitchen cupboard at Charlecote Park in Warwickshire, with shelves of white ceramic jugs and pots above a row of drawers and a deep lower shelf for copper pans.

The Victorian kitchen at Charlecote Park, a National Trust house, preserves its original storage. This cupboard has deep open shelves for ceramics, a row of drawers at counter height and a lower shelf for heavy copper pans. It is a perfect model for an open pantry wall: no doors to open, everything visible and within reach.
